1. Educational Use & Medical Disclaimer

MedFlicks provides digital medical education, university lecture series, high-yield clinical curricula, multiple-choice questions (MCQs), and revision workbooks designed for medical students and exam preparation (including NEET-PG, INICET, and MBBS University examinations).

Academic Preparation Only:All content, videos, algorithms, and discussions are strictly for pedagogical and examination preparation purposes. MedFlicks does not provide medical advice, diagnostic services, clinical decision support, or professional healthcare recommendations. Content must not be used as a substitute for professional clinical judgment, hospital protocols, or authoritative medical references.

2. Platform Architecture & Course Entitlements

Course enrollments and subscriptions purchased via the official MedFlicks Web Portal or authorized institution licenses grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and stream educational content on supported web browsers and MedFlicks mobile applications.

The MedFlicks Android mobile application serves as an authorized content reader and video streaming client. Course purchases and payment checkouts are completed via the web portal or platform licenses; the Android application does not conduct direct in-app purchase transactions or collect payment card data.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

All video masterclasses, high-yield notes, revision workbooks, question banks, custom illustrations, and multimedia lectures are the exclusive intellectual property of MedFlicks and its faculty contributors.

You may not record, scrape, download, rip, or redistribute video lectures.
You may not share or sell your personal login credentials with third parties or study groups.
Unauthorized distribution or commercial resale will result in immediate account termination without refund and may incur legal liability.

4. Account Deletion & Data Rights

Users may terminate their account and request permanent erasure of personal data at any time directly within the mobile app (Account > You > Delete Account) or via our dedicated Account Deletion Page without having the app installed.

Upon confirmed deletion, personal credentials and academic progress records are permanently purged. Historical order transaction references are retained in an anonymized ledger solely to comply with statutory taxation and audit mandates, as described in our Privacy Policy.
